Ok ok here is the announcement.



This is baby Giovanni. Baby Giovanni was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder and needed a bone marrow transplant to be able to even have a 50/50 shot at living.

His dad came to us for help, and we've pledged to try and add 50,000 people to the bone marrow donation registry.

All you have to do is fill out a form, and you'll get a kit you swab your cheek with, that's all. It'll be mailed to your house, free of charge.

So what my announcement was, is this.

Come visit the site, its at SheKnows , Save Giovanni's Friends, and DKMS team up to save lives and read about these kids who need our help.

The most important favor I ask of all of you, is to please just spread the word about this, and when you do, ask them to spread the word. Even if they dont sign up to donate, even if they dont go to the page, just ask them to forward it to their friends.

We can actually save a life - and for me, who is usually selfish 99% of the time, this is something I cannot ignore or argue with.
