I am very sorry this issue persists. It is upsetting to me as well but it is truly out of my hands. I already let the technical team know the problem, gave them screen shots and spoke to them about it a few times. I cannot go back to them daily and put the pressure on. I am not their boss. From their point of view in doing the work, it is not as big of an issue as some others they are working on. Smaller issues such as forum issues do not take precedence. This isn't going to make anyone any happier but it is the honest truth and sadly nothing I can do to help.
