healthy sweet and savory chicken salad
this stuff is really good and good for you. it's easy to make, too. you'll need:
1(one) 12.5 oz. can chunk chicken
1 pkg. McCormack vegetable dip and seasoning mix
1/4 cup instant potato flakes or buds
2 or 3 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 - 2/3 cup raisins (don't pack) (suit your taste on this)
enough lite mayo or Mirical whip lite to to make to spreading consistency. some like a sloppy chicken salad, some like a thick chicken salad. either is fine.
place chunk chicken in a small bowl. do not drain. add potato flakes, sugar and seasoning mix. blend well with spoon. set aside for about 15 minutes. add raisins and stir to blend. last, add enough mayo to suit you. allow to sit in fridge for about 30 minutes for best results. but can be eaten right away. even better the next day!
this is actually good for you. and my daughter loves it! that's the best part. she eats it!
