Re: reality shows and diets
I love watching Biggest Loser. It has given me the inspiration to go back to the gym and get healthy. I enjoy the game, but I enjoy the contestants losing the weight and changing, far better.
And yes you can actually use the tips that is on there to help you, if you can look past the obvious product placement.

Re: reality shows and diets
I am in a "Biggest Loser" competition at our local gym.
I would also love to be a contestant on "The Amazing Race"

Re: reality shows and diets
the diettribe show was a lot different than what i thought it was gonna be...thought it was a cheesy reality tv show...but it had a lot of emotion and found myself really pulling for them

That's the reason I didn't watch is because it looked like it was trying to be a cheesy spin off of the Biggest Loser except it being with several friends.
