Re: Dr. Who
Ahahaha! Me me me me!
Love old school Doctor Who! I have Pyramids of Mars on DVD.
I loved Chris Eccleston as the last Doc and I LOVE David Tennant as the current one!
And I am totally up for a "hellooooo Captain Jack!" conversation!

Re: Dr. Who
YAY!
So is it just me or is Donna really starting to grow on you this season? I cared SO little for her when they introduced her during the Christmas special as the bride.
It's like the past 3-4 episodes have just made Donna so endearing and I am curious about what they have in store for her after this past episode!
I think David Tennant is dreamy!
And what do you think about Rose being back? The finale looks GOOD!!!

Re: Dr. Who
I did not like Donna as "The Bride" - whiny and obnoxious.
But you are right, I was talking about this with the Mister the other day - Donna is just the best these days. She is actually my fave companion of the "modern" series. Catherine Tate does such a good job. You wouldn't know she is known for being a comedian and not a dramatic actress (although she does crack me up).
Mister has watched the final two episodes online already and he says they are very cool.
As for Rose being back, meh, mixed feelings. The Doctor moved on, is my main feeling. But I do like her, so she won't ruin it for me.

Re: Dr. Who
Well, Missus, I've seen the Part2 to the Finale. I won't say a word, but I will say that it does NOT disappoint.

Re: Dr. Who
The one that aired on Friday night was excellent.
I remember Davros from way back when, he always scared me as a kid. I knew they were bringing him back but not in what context (although universal domination wouldn't have been a stretch!).
I was really happy to see Torchwood alongside the Doctor. Particularly Captain Jack.

Re: Dr. Who
Well after you watch the final episode, let me know. I have some spoilers/rumors re Dr. Who and Torchwood that you may or may not know already.
And yes, Captain Jack is VERY yummy! It's nice to see an openly gay man on screen.

Re: Dr. Who
I had mixed feelings about the finale. There was so much going on and it went by so quickly. They didn't really allow some scenes to have a proper impact. But I guess that's what you get for a TV show with a limited amount of time to tell a story. I thought the whole thing on the beach could have been handled better.
I haven't been following the spoilers but isn't Doctor Who off screens now till 2010? I know I have read rumours that Tennant will not return. That's a shame, I like him a lot. But then again, I liked Eccleston too.
