Re: Lost
Oh if Ben hurt Penny I am going to be so pissed! I really like Penny and I like to try to convince myself that Ben isn't all that bad and he genuinely thinks what he's doing is right. But Darren you have a good point, that is quite the observation. I just hope your wrong, or that Penny kicked his butt.

Re: Lost
Widmore did have Ben's daughter killed and he vowed to kill Widmore's which is Penny. But, I don't want Penny hurt either. Darren there is so much going on it is hard to keep all the facts straight. Thanks for pointing that out! Glad to have all the great brains on here to help sort out LOST!!!!

Re: Lost
I thought that Ben being bloody had something to do with Sayid in protective custody...and on the plane.
I think who ever the client was ( perhaps Widmore) that wanted Aaron took him and told Kate he is back on the island.
Glad I came aboard to look at all your theories as they sound far better.

Re: Lost
Good pick up that Ben was at the pier I didn't see that last week and yes I remember when he said he would kill Penny I just hope he doesn't follow through on it......Still in a fog as to where Aaron disappeared to and why Kate said never ask me that question again to Jack......Alot of mystery to unfold till the end of this season......

Re: Lost
Couple points about last week's episode:
1) The Lamp Post- this is the name that Ms. Hawking said the Dharma Initiative called the station they were at- this is a reference to the Chronicles of Narnia with the lamp post that the children see in the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. The other major Narnia reference was Charlotte Staples Lewis or C.S. Lewis, the author of the Narnia series.
2) the picture of the island taken by the U.S. army was dated Sept 23, 1954- 50 years less a day before the plane crash. This is more evidence that the "Ellie" we saw in 1954 is Eloise Hawking of 2004-2007.

Re: Lost
So the island is always moving- remember when Naomi crashed on to the island with her parachute? She told Desmond, Charlie, Hurley and Jin that all of a sudden the island just appeared out of nowhere- this was just one of the shifts.

Re: Lost
I believe that flight 316 landed on the island back in the 1970s.
The building where Ceasar was looking in was a part of the Hydra, the station where Jack, Kate and Sawyer were taken to at the start of season 3- based upon the snake Dharma logo that was on the booklet Ceasar was looking at when Locke walked in on him. The beach they were on also looked very much like the shorter beach that Hydra island has as compared to the big one. " The pilot and a woman (Sun??) also took a boat and took off in the middle of the night" -why would they need a boat to get to another part of the island?
As for Aaron- I am thinking of two possibilities- Kate gave him to Carole Littleton or Cassidy, who is Sawyer's old flame and mother of his child.
Tonight's episode is called Lafleur, then there is a week off.
March 18 is called Namaste
March 25 is called He's Our You
April 1 is called What Happened, Happened which will tell the story of why Kate didn't have Aaron.

Re: Lost
The thing is, there was also a copy of Rousseau's maps of the island along with some stuff from Faraday on that desk that Caesar was looking at- right now is where Lost always gets interesting as they are going to point to events that have occured offscreen and then go back.
Without a doubt, this has so far been the best season of Lost so far and that is saying something as I thought season 4 was awesome and this season puts it to shame.
