ooh ooh ooh.....I love Vin! Funny you mention him - I have my PVR scheduled to record the movie The Pacifier this weekend! Not one of his greatest I realize - but who can complain about 2 hours with him

I thought the episode was good too - am looking forward to watching Laurence Fisburne - I like him on the big screen so hopefully this will be good too. I'm glad though that they have a completely different specialty with him and they're not trying to make him another Grissom cause that would just be wrong. I'm taking the wait and see approach - and will admit I'll probably watch anyway just to see Nick! Thought the ending with Sara was predictible but okay. And it looks like he landed in a perfect location to be with his bugs.

OMG I have been having these freaking airheaded moments with keeping Laurence Fishburne and Samuel Jackson seperate....Sorry and thank you for changing that......

I hope that every once and again they will pop in on him to just show what he is doing.....Sort of like what they did with Sara when she left...KWIM???

Okay Vinny baby anyway you can get him is definitely a big day for me....LOL!!! I thought he was so cute when he had the belt with Diapers, bottles and all the other stuff he needed.....Love my Vinny....he can eat as many crackers in my bed as he wants......

Just to get you in the mood......

LOL.....you're welcome, but I really can't take credit. I thought maybe his character's name was Samuel. Had no idea whatsoever you were thinking Samuel Jackson roflmao.

Yeah, guest appearances every so often would be great - like they just can't solve the case without Grissom expertise.

I liked him on NYPD Blue way back when, then I saw him in some godawful movie, title of which I can't remember - and then came along Jimmy Smits *sigh*. But I digress - I can tolerate Horatio - the show wouldn't be the same without him - but I must admit his posturing is kind of getting on my last nerve. But I guess that's what makes him unique. Well that and the sunglasses!
I never noticed this until someone at work said something about it...Now I notice it all the time & it bugs me. A cop...(ok, he's not a cop & believe me, CSI don't carry guns & Don't drive Hummers...and DON'T question people PERIOD!!)
but a cop would not stand like that. It's all about the balance.

I wish I could tape my hubby doing the Horatio Cane and post it here...it is so funny...the side look and then the sunglass slide....did you know David stands like that because he says it is his better side?? I think he has the Miriah Carey syndrome....LOL!!!!
I can't stand her. The girl doesn't own a mirror. Can she not see that her skimpy little dresses just don't fit on her like a bigger size might.

I haven't caught up reading this thread, and will catch up later.. I'm at work & need to sign out of this computer...but wanted to reply to what I have read so far.

Bay, u & I have already talked about CSI some & I stopped watching awhile back, so don't really know what's going on. I never watched when him & Sara were a couple, but will agree w/Ken. Don't like em together.
I always wanted him with the other actress MH. Just my 2 cents.

Bay, I don't know if u looked at the other board, but awhile back I posted a thread about CSI Miami & the song they played at the end of an episode.
It made me tear up. I had to go over to CBS & see what the song was. Everyone was posting about the song. Once I found it on you tube, people there were posting about the song on CSI. Ha ha. It was definitly a hit.
Now that show was a good episode. It was called "Tipping Point". The one where the mom was being screwed by the Morturary after her little daugter was killed & Natalie came to the rescue. and Horacio ran into the house to rescue the girl just in time b4 it blew up. lol. (like it would blow w/him inside).

I wanted to put in my two cents about Horatio.

CSI Miami is one of the few shows I always watch. I'm not a big television fan for the most part but I've always enjoyed this show. When they started showing it on A&E I was happy. When you watch several shows in a row the stances constantly used by Horatio are pretty apparent. However, I really don't let it bug me because I enjoy the show overall. It takes a lot to ruffle my feathers so I don't let things like that get to me. There are so many other big fish to fry IMHO, lol

The only character on this show which has bothered me is Rick Stetler. He's slimy in every sense of the word and I hated it when he was dating Yelina. Other than that, I'm good.

Was he a under-cover cop?? Can't place him.

And what was up with Cali this last show??? I'm not sure I like her
leading Eric on. And I thought she was dating a narc agent??

Stetler (if that's who you were asking about Knat) is the Internal Affairs guy that has it out for Horatio in the worst way. He was dating Yelina at one point. I think he even beat her up once or twice. RedMoxie is right - big time slime ball.
