What do you think is wrong with Micheal??

Loving the show this year and I really hope that Michael will be okay. I hope it is not a brain tumor. His nose keeps bleeding and at times his head looks like it hurts so much. Wonder how much longer he could keep it a secret. As far as the rest of the show it has got me on the edge of my seat every week!
