I am watching Batman Begins right now, I have never seen it before. Yes, bring back Ra's al Ghul!
Oh and the scarecrow's part in The Dark Night was weird. I guess I have to see the end of Batman Begins to understand why the part was so short in The Dark Night.

Ra's is a really multi-layered character and they could do so much with him. His daughter actually had a son to Batman in the comic books.
So what did you think of Batman Begins? I imagine it was a little anti-climactic after seeing The Dark Knight, but when it came out, it was a really unique film portrayal of a superhero.

I loved it! I never read the comic books so I was really enjoying getting to know his history a bit. I also loved that at the end of Batman Begins they show a hint of what the next film will feature. I didn't notice it in The Dark Night, did you?
Also, I'm glad the character of Rachel is gone. I found her boring in The Dark Night and Batman Begins.

Re: The Dark Knight
I don't think there was an obvious hint at the next movie - probably because during the making of The Dark Knight they realized that they would have to rethink things with Heath being gone.
However with Batman being
and Two-Face
then I think you can guess at least how the next movie will unfold in its beginning.
The Scarecrow was never really a strong villian in the comics - he certainly is a Batman nemesis, but not on the scale of the Joker or R'as. So him being reduced to a
in the second movie is not much of a stretch. Truth be told he spends most of his time in Arkham Asylum in the books.
