And I can totally understand that. And as I just told Sandi this morning, I am trying to be neutral.

I dont read every post or every thread over there either so I dont always know who said what to whom or why. I just dont want to get caught up in any drama. I have plenty of that in real life. lol

all i can say is that sandi is mistaken..and if sandi wants to claim ownership of an idea, she is welcome to it. she never contributed the idea to the campaign thread, and i certainly never read that she was going to send a valentines gift of them. i think she is talking about the book she maybe wanted to market..this is an entirely different thing..this is a campaign idea. i could say i want to write a book about DOOL but it does not stop anyone from writing a fan fic in the meantime.

i did not mean to sound sarcastic to you, i am usually just out there, as you can read from my posts my idea was for ejami buzz..not personal glory.

if sandi would have read the post in the campaign threads, she would have seen when i posted the idea i pushed for her recipes to be used..but that was not an approved idea since they felt all on the board that wanted to should be able to contribute. my inspiration for the VALENTINE campaign idea came from her wonderful recipes, if she objected why not say something then? that is why i am confused.

BUT if i was willing to do this on my own time, own money, own recipes, nothing is stolen. the cost for binding up these books would have been about thirty bucks apiece..i have done these kind of things before. right now, my financial situation is not real great..piles of medical bills that are not ever going to end it seems.

i do not want animosity..and if sandi read these posts, i cannot figure how she thinks i stole anything...if she had said she wanted to do a valentines booklet for this campaign i would agree, but she said nothing...i do not read every post in the play by play, so if it was in there from her, again i did not know it.

Of course I wrote to Sandi too. I couldnt just randomly send her a PM with your message in it. I had to explain what was going. I asked if the idea of sending a cocktail recipe book was hers or not and I asked if she was "laptop". She said the idea was hers but that she didnt know who "laptop" was. I told her to read my profile to see if the idea was exactly the same as the idea "laptop" sent to me. She said it was the same idea and that laptop had stolen it from her. Thats when I told you I didnt want to help cause I thought it was stolen. You said you were Laurensnana at FL so I told Sandi that and she simply thanked me. Conversation over.

Until the next day you asked me to tell Sandi that you had not stolen her idea, you were using different recipes, etc. So I relayed the message and again she thanked me. Conversation over.

Im not sure whats going on between yall, but I just want out. I love Days, I love EJami, and I love this board and FL. I dont post there often but I love to read whats going on and I dont want to be invloved in this any more.


PS. yes, I edited the messages that I posted here because they were pretty nice, but then you started get sarcastic with me, so I changed them because I didnt want to be so nice anymore.

i wonder why sandi posted in shout that she had no reason to doubt pretty in pinks word..if all she did was read what i posted to you? hey it is alright if you said something to her, you thought i was thieving something..i was not.. which you did find out..but now there is a bit of editing done in the post you originally sent me about what you found out in the thread, and what you just posted to me..i copied the original cuz i was kind of dumbfounded by what was going on in the shout last night..i had been notified by a friend and i sent her the copy of the message you had sent to show you at that point did not think i was a thief..

as i said, my son is also a bartender and he has a bunch of original drinks that he gave me to use..all i had to do was come up with some names...but since i am not going to proceed it is ok..i just was kind of hurt that people i was close to on that board would trash me like that in shout.

Listen, dont blame me if you are in trouble at FL. I hardly even post there. I was told by another poster that your idea came from Sandi. I asked Sandi and she said the idea was indeed hers. Thats when I told you I didnt want to be involved. She saw the message you sent me because this is an open forum and you dont have to be a member to view messages, so if she is mad at you, its because of what you posted, nothing to do with me.

I PM'd her today to tell her what you asked me to tell her. Now Im done. I dont want to be involved in your drama.
