During Rick's closing arguement there was a guy sitting behind Trevor and Anthony. Who was that and where did he come from?

NOOOOOOOOO, no more children for Sonny!!! Does the guy have super sperm or what?? If he does end up marrying Kate he will probably have kids with her too.
