I think Marlena knows both twins are EJ's too. She kept insiting on another paternity test. I think she switched the results so Lucas would be the father - maybe she only had time to switch on of the results.

I agree with the switch, but I think it could have been Kate too. Though as badly as Kate wanted to get Lucas away from Sami I'm mystified why she would do it. But you're right on about someone switching Ali's paternity, of that I'm almost sure!
