EJ is still hurting right now...he's been tricked, duped, taken advantage of, etc. and I think he would eventually come to his senses on his own.

Of course, we all know that it won't matter after the reveal...but I do believe he would come to terms with it and accept Sydney.

I hear you Marlene, I don't understand it either but it looks like Stephano has rethought the situation and has stated he does not want to see EJ with Sami so I believe that is his main reason for trying to get Nicole and EJ back together. Also of course he would not want EJ to know he was in on the whole plan, but it will all be moot soon when all the secrets begin to unravel.

I love that! 50 years of torment & all that solves it is Sami is married to EJ for a few months. I guess the reality of Sami's personality ruined Stefano's fantasy. He mentions to Nicole that Sami was EJ's biggest mistake. I want to scream at the TV "But that was your number 1 order you gave EJ when he came to Salem." The 1st thing he did was drop his towel in front of her.

Was Stefano's wish for Sami in particular to get EJ's "seed"? I somehow remember it could have been any Brady female, incl. Carrie. But EJ decided to choose Sami. ??

I remember that too, it was supposed to be any Brady woman. But then they changed the story to be because of Santo & Colleen, Stefano knew EJ was destined to be with Sami. I went with the most recent version.
