For some reason, "Days of Our Lives" has decided to give Chad a new last name. The credits listed him as Chad Peterson until August 11. From August 13-September 23, the credits listed Chad with no last name. Beginning on Friday, September 25, the credits on NBC began listing the character as Chad Woods. There is another character on "Days" with the last name of Woods, the District Attorney, Charles Woods (David Leisure). No info yet on whether the two are related.

That would make sense... If his father is that jerk it would explain his relative instability... Also remember Nicole threatened him earlier... something to do with his parents I thought - no? So how does Kate and the DA play into that?? Hmmm...

This is very interesting. I would bet that the DA will turn out to be Chad's father. I have one comment about yesterday's show based on this. When Chad found out and was angry, he said he would "get a lawyer". If his DAd is the DA, wouldn't he have said he would talk to his dad?
