I cant see him puttin Sid out. He never treated Ally any differ than Johnny and he could have but didnt.

I think he accepted Allie because she is Johnny’s twin and Sami’s daughter. As far as Sydney is concerned, EJ thinks that there is no relation whatsoever, so I can see him doing that.
