Once again...

If a variety of opinions were accepted/tolerated here and not immediately attacked, ridiculed, or dismissed by members of certain fanbases, then more people would post & the board would be more active.

Some posters have tried their hardest to stop any threads or discussion that do not support their views or couple. Some bullying has taken place. As a result many people have stopped trying to have a decent, well rounded discussion about the show on this site.

Maybe not just this site. Maybe it is any site that dissects every move made on the show.

I agree I enjoy the show more if I just watch it. I don't mind seeing spoilers . What gets me is the looking at every thing separately . It plays better if you watch the show as a whole thing ,not only your favorite parts but not FF much either.

IA! I also developed negative opinions about some characters and one pairing (in particular) because of posts written by the supporters of those characters and couple. All of the nastiness and fighting that some posters (not all) were engaging in really made me dislike the characters that they support. It is ironic to me that fans who try so desparately to support and fight for certain characters are actually turning off other fans in the process.

I say the site. When Dustin had the old board up, even when it was boring there would still be talking going on, even if it was just over how much j.e.r.k sucked or conversation amongst ourselves.

Many people left bc of new management. The new management also let in spammers. Then abandoned the site after changing everything about it for no reason at all.

If this were still Dustin's site or had they just left it like it was & didn't screw around w/ everything people would still be posting just like usual. I've never seen it this dead regardless of the quality of the show.

I just noticed this thread. It is the site mostly that is to blame, I'd think. Also, there are mainly Ejamis on here, and they probably are getting fed up with their couple still not united and might not be for a while yet. So they don't watch the show very often and have nothing to say. The ratings have been pretty good, so the show isn't to blame - most of the time. I'd say it is mostly disgruntled Ejamis plus these horrible spammers and maybe the lack of any moderator input (although that would a slight cause). I can definitely see this site disappearing.
