I think Sami will tell him, but only after she finds out Nicole is pregnant. And then she will want to tell him because she is possessive.

I think no one, only because Ali S. will have to leave for awhile before the baby and then on maternity leave afterwards. If EJ knows, he'll probably do all he can to keep her in Salem.

OTOH, Nicole is already thinking that EJ would run to Sami, and she might just yell it out because she's so frustrated. "Yes, I'm having your baby, EJ, but so is Sami!! Just go to her, and I'll take care of myself like I always do!!"

I'm thinking that Chloe is going to tell Nichole, and EJ will find out because Nichole is going to talk to herself out loud about what she's going to have to do to keep EJ with her and not have him run off with Sami
