I see Sami being sent to the convent to stay with the nuns now that Rafe knows she is PG. I think EJ will bump into her there while away on Stefano's "business trip". Sami will be able to hide being pregnant by wearing a habit..She will convince EJ not to tell anyone she is there and meanwhile Nicole is having her miscarriage. EJ will return being oblivious to everything (he is now a brainless idiot)Sami will give birth at the convent and the baby swap will begin. EJ will find out from Sami that she was pregnant and lost the baby. Anyway that is what I expect to happen.

I think Sami will be relieved that Stefano will concentrate on Nicole's baby rather than hers. That could give her time to come up with another scheme to keep Stef from finding out about hers and EJ's new baby.

I don't see anyone telling EJ just yet and who knows, maybe never?

At the rate they're going now, he'll find out when the kids is starting kindergarten. I just wish Sami would have told him the truth in the beginning.
