**Chapter 3: Stefano and Dianna go to the court house to sign adoption papers so they can adopt, Anna and Tony's newborn baby boy**

It was on a sunny clear day in the small midwesterntown of salem usa. when something wonderful was about to happen. It all started When Stefano was pacing back and fourth at the bottom of the stairs of the dimera mansion waiting for his darling, Dianna to come out. He looked at his watch and gave a long sigh.

"Dianna, hurry up, we're going to be late", Stefano said.


"Ok, I'm just putting on some blush and I'll be right down", Dianna replied from up-stairs.

Stefano was still pacing back and fourth. When he saw Dianna coming down the stairs.

"Are you ready now?", Stefano asked.


"Oh Yes, I Am", Dianna answered.

Stefano and Dianna got into the car and drove off to the court house. When they got to the court house. They met up with Tony Dimera who was waiting for them.

"Well, what took you two so long?", Tony asked.


"Car Trouble", Stefano and Dianna said in unison.



"Oh I See", Tony said.

Just Then Judge Sam Smith Came and saw the three of them.

"Well, It lookslike both parties are here, now if we'd go in here and we'll get started", Judge Smith said.

He Led, Stefano, Dianna, and Tony into a room and they've been sworn in and sat down at the table.

"Ok Now we all know why we are here, to assure a future of this newborn baby boy who's still at the hospital, So Mr. Dimera has your wife approved on giving this baby up for adoption?", Judge Smith asked Tony.



"Well, Your Honor, Since She's Not able to say about this, I would have to say that I think that she would like for me to do this", Tony answered.



"And Do You, Mr. And Mrs. Dimera, do you think that you would be wonderful parents to this baby boy?", Judge Smith asked Stefano and Dianna.



"I Think my husband and I would be wonderful parents after all we have had experince with children before", Dianna answered as she looked back at her wonderful husband, Stefano while holding eachother's hand.



"Ok, Now Mr. Dimera if you would just sign here to termnite your parental rights and we'll go from there", Judge Smith said as he gave the adoption papers to Tony.



"It would be my pleasure your honor", Tony replied.

He signed adoption papers and gave a long sigh after he signed it.

"Now, Mr. and Mrs. Dimera if you would sign the adoption papers and i'll take it to social services. Oh do you have a name for this baby boy?", Judge Smith asked, Stefano and Dianna.



"Well, Your Honor, We Decided that his (the baby boy) name should be Elliot Nicholas Ninthanl Ghram Peter Benjamin Dimera", Stefano answered as he and Dianna signed the adoption papers.




"Ok, I'll takes these to social services And we'll go from there", Judge Smith said.

Judge Smith Took the adoption papers and said good-bye to, Stefano, Dianna, and Tony. and left. Stefano, Dianna, and Tony went outside of the court house.

"So, Father what are you and Dianna going to do?", Tony asked.



"Well, First We're going to get the nursery ready and hire a nanny to take care of baby elliot", Dianna answered.



"Oh That's Good", Tony said.

Stefano and Dianna said good-bye to Tony and got into their car and drove back to the dimera mansion.

Int, the great room of the dimera mansion,

(we see stefano dimera dressed in his best outfit (a smoking shirt, jacket, and pants) sitting in his favorite chair reading the newspaper, until his beloved with Dianna came into the room).

Stefano: Oh Dianna, I didn't see you there,



Dianna: well, Stefano, I didn't want to bother you,



Stefano: Next Week Is Halloween.



Dianna: Oh I Know, Elliot has been talking about all week.

Int, the brady pub,

(Bo, Hope, Steve, Kayla, and Caroline are still getting everything ready for the Big Halloween party, Hope, Kayla, and Caroline are busy making Caramel apples and talking to eachother).

Hope: So, Kayla are you bringing baby Joe to the Halloween Party?,



Kayla: No, Steve and I have got a sitter for him, so he'll have to wait till he's a lil older.


Caroline: Kayla, Did you get in touch with Stephanie in chicago?,



Kayla: Yes I Did, and She told me that She and Chelsea are having a great time.



Caroline: oh that's nice.



Hope: Where's Bo and Steve?,

(The three women started looking for bo and Steve, until they jumped out and shouted BOO!, and the three women screamed, until they found out it was them).

(they contuie to get everything ready for the big halloween party).

(Elliot came home from school, and he, Dianna, and Stefano are sitting at the dinner table eating dinner, they're eating pasta with rosemary bread, Dianna and Stefano are listining to their adopted son talking about how many halloween candy that he'll get when Dianna takes him out trick-or-treating next week).

Elliot: I'm going to get some candy because Halloween is next week.


Dianna: Elliot are you going to stay close to me and don't wonder off?,


Elliot: yes, mommy.


Stefano: Elliot, I'll bet you're excited.

after Dinner and they settled down in the great room of the dimera mansion. and after that they went up-stairs and went to bed.
