Yes there is a spell check.. when you composing it's up in the right hand corner. Looks like a check mark with ABC above it (I had to download a plug in to get it to work but it will prompt you if you need it)

I want to be able to check only the threads I post in without having to go through all of the nonsense things and I can't figure out how to do that....any suggestions would be great...

Looks like you can subscribe to threads and then just go to the "User CP" link (upper right) to go check them.

My garden is growing like crazy. I have 32 tomato plants, thanks to my hubby's over estimation, and they all survived. Some of them are in cages, but the rest are all over the place. The garden looks like a tomato jungle. I figure in about a month I'll be ceaselessly canning tomatoes.

I planted two short rows of beans, one green and one yellow. They're already outproducing our vegetable needs. I'll use some of them up on Sunday, when the in-laws are here for supper, but I'll probably end up canning some too. I've still got a couple dozen quarts from last year. Good thing we all like beans.

We have tomato plants but no matter what we do when one is turning red we find it half eaten from a deer. Last year we had a chipmunk problem and now that's dealt with and we're fighting deer. We'll never have tomatoes! But we do have tons of green beans

Kate, when I was growing up, we had to put a ten foot high fence around our garden to keep the goats out. It worked most of the time.
