Whatever you guys decide.....Yes wrangler I am very determined this time around I have alot of clothes from pre baby days I want to wear again and I am hoping I do.....I don't think I will be down the 20 I wanted by the 22nd but I should be pretty close.....If I am careful....

I was talking to knat about your shirts she just loves them so maybe another customer is coming your way, I also told her about the fall designs you had going on....I can't wait to see them.....Oh yea what does the Bella Vita stand for I know Bella is beautiful but the Vita I am stuck at...

Hops you are doing great I am so proud of you and be careful with your knees try to give them a break every other day....

well today was a tough day for me the kids were all over the snacks and not good ones but I stood my ground and had water two bottles of it....I am not letting those snacks sneak up on me because once I fall off the wagon I will be sunk.....this is where you guys are so helpful, I can come in here and scream about the fact I want candy and then when I hit post the crave has passed.

I have only used 15 points today and am allowed 26 so I can have my pretzels before bed....points are another way of calculating the weight watcher program I am using.....Okay I feel better now...thanks....

I think the point system they use is very helpful. Good for you Bay, you didn't give in to your craving!!! I got my burger tonight with lettuce, tomato, dill pickle relish, cheddar cheese, & mustard in a huge lettuce cup and it was delicious!!!!!

That sounds so good to me and it is only 8:50 in the morning....LOL!!!

Today will be a day where food is yukky, when it is hott and humid like today I hate to even eat all I want to do is lay on the AC vent and melt......I hope all this humidity passes by the party.....

So are you sticking to your guns wrangler no bread, pasta, sugar??? I am allowed that stuff but try to have as little as possible....or I keep it to whole wheat or multi grain, I totally avoid the white breads.....and candy forget it I haven't had any in 4 1/2 weeks and to just think there is a fresh tub of M & M's in the pantry....

No candy in 4 1/2 weeks, wow!!!!!! Yes, I'm sticking to it, that's the easiest way for me. My body doesn't process sugar very well, I get a headache if I have too much anyway. After my colon surgery I ate that way for a long time, and felt so much better, so I'm just going back to that. I eat all the meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, berries, and melons I want though with the exception of potatoes and corn. And I have ALL those bags of fresh corn in the freezer LOL! That's okay, Jack loves it and would eat it every day if I fix it.

I just put a container of fresh cut cucumber, tomato, diced onion & celery, mixed with a little salt and pepper to marinade in the frig. I'll just pour that over lettuce for lunch, add a little dressing and have my fresh blackberries for dessert! The veggies here are so wonderful right now, everything is extremely fresh.

Hops, how's your knee? Are you giving it a rest every other day?

I have to be careful with certain foods as well they really bother me, they make me feel gasy or give me serious heart burn.....I can have no caffeine it gives me headaches..Ken thinks I am turning into my mom she can't hardly eat anything especially marinaria sauce....it gets me too but in moderation I get by....

Hops did the day get better???

we went out for ice cream today I had fat free vanilla yogurt one scoop on a sugar cone....well worth the 3 points it cost me.....and wrangler I had my mini hamburger fix tonight....LOL!!!

My knees are alright today. A little twinge now and then, but not too bad. I rode yesterday, and rested today.

I'm working on changing my eating habits altogether. I no longer have sugar on my cereal, I use Equal instead. Now I'm eating more wheat bread instead of white. I used to hate wheat bread, but I'm getting used to it I guess. A sandwich just isn't the same without white, but I can handle wheat toast.

P.S. Bay, the day did get a little better. Thanks for asking.

Hops, get the white wheat, you really can't tell the difference. I don't like red wheat, too dense for me, but love the white wheat and you get the same nutritional value as the red but it tastes much better. Do you have a Dollar Tree in your area? If so, they have the Natures Own for $1, it's $2.79 in the grocery stores - go figure! It's the best white wheat I have had, but the Sara Lee is good too. The white wheat pastas are really good too, and don't have near the sugar in them. Glad you are resting a day between rides.

Bay, glad you got your burger and ice cream! I broke down and had a square of sugar free dark chocolate last night and it was very good! I think I will make the mix I love, the one with peanuts, almonds, caramel slivers, and dark sugar free coco chips. Those are some of the mufas we need anyway, according to the flat belly diet, and munching on an ounce hits the spot while watching Days LOL!

I began Sunday and this morning I can already tell my belly is much flatter, sugar & flour ARE MY ENEMIES. Everyone's body metabloizes food differently, and those type of carbs are not my friends lol!!!

We do have a Dollar Tree, but it's closing. Never thought to look for food products there.
