Hi all I haven't been in here in like forever so I thought I would pop back in and share my news....I have been doing weight watchers very strict for the past 4 weeks and I have lost since my weigh in last Sunday a total of 9 pounds....I am hoping for another pound or two lost this week but I am feeling bloated this week and my period isn't coming for another 10 days yet so who knows. I know once the girls get back into school I can get back on my elliptical and start busting it out....I miss the gym but the time I have with my girls in more important.....

Hops keep at it you are doing great...Oh yea I did what you did the other day and tried on jeans that I want to wear one of these days and I slide them right on buttoning them another story but I at least got them on right......

Jeans fitting better is a great sign Hops!!! Try working the same muscles every other day, not every day. Do a different cardio or strength straining on the off days from your bike.

Bay, that's awesome!!!! You will reach that goal in no time! BTW, you look GREAT in the shirts - thanks!!!!! Wait until you see the fall designs, so cute, one is Halloween, but not typical....It has 2 hot pink bats on it, not Halloween colors at all! I'm almost finished with the design now!!!!

I'm still sprinting, and maintaining......not much new.

Thanks for the advice, Wrangler. I know biking every day is not good for my knees, but I'm enjoying the rides too much. Now I'm even dreaming about biking. LOL

You girls want to start our weekly measurements and weigh in's again? I think it really helped me stay on track. I really enjoyed it when we shared our good news and think it really helped. Anyone up for it again?

wrangler I am so excited to see the new designs I have gotten so many comments on them from my friends around here and when I tell them where I got them they are like get out of here really.....It is a hoot....

Weighing in every week will be great I still have not bought or found the missing tape measure so until I do I will just have to share my weight.....I can do it right now seeing as Sundays are the days Ken and I do the weigh in session.....I am down another pound so I have hit the 10 pound mark in 4 weeks I wish it was more but I am okay with that, I know when I get back to the gym and start with strength training and serious cardio I will see more results. Ken of course dropped 3 pounds this week and he got a big ol dirty look from me the little ****...I swear men suck they just drop it off....so he is 12 pounds down....I am sticking to this and watching, writing it down, and weighing it out...I am determined beyond belief to get to my goal.

I have been weighing and measuring weekly, but I didn't post the last results because they weren't very good. Not the best week to weigh in anyhow, but the measurements haven't changed in a month.

Yea I am waiting on that bad week also Hops....it usually sets me back I get so mad but I know it is something we girls have to deal with while the men just shed pounds by looking at the scale.....

I should measure myself one of these days...I put on a top I couldn't wear at the beginning of the summer because it pulled at the buttons and now it fits perfectly fine....so my girls are going somewhere....

Nooooo, not the girls LOL!!!!!! Just kidding!!! I want to drop about 5 before the end of the month, but also need to tone something fierce! We have our annual girls long shopping weekend in Charlotte coming up the end of this month and we do some heavy eating and drinking. I like to drop a few because I always gain a few during that time lol.....I think my best method to drop quickly is to stop all together eating sugar, bread, pasta, and of course wine. That works best with my metabolism and glucose levels.

Way to go on your loss Bay, you sound very determined, that's awesome! Glad you like the shirts, the new ones are soooooo cute!!!!

What days do we want to set to post our loss, or (god forbid) gain???? I can do any day, doesn't matter to me, you girls decide. Bay, since Sunday's are set for you, do you all just want to make it Sunday?

I'm still doing Fridays, but I wouldn't mind switching to Sundays. Might help with motivation for the week.
