Ruthie, just be careful with the fruits and bread until you reach your goal weight, because once you start eating those kinds of carbs it will slow your weight loss down a bit. I still stay away from most fruits, melon and berries once in a while is about all I do. I very rarely eat peas, potatoes, or carrots either. I also buy the low carb wraps and if I do get bread it's white wheat with the lowest carb count. Healthy Life is a good brand of low carb bread, it actually tastes great LOL!

No idea on the numbers right now. I'll have to find the paperwork. They just had me get some over the counter iron supplements and the NP said to eat things like liver, spinach w/orange slices etc. I guess it can't be too low, since I don't need prescription iron, right? If I've had my blood sugar done recently, I don't remember it. I'll ask about it. Thanks.

Broccoli and almonds and cream of wheat are also really high in iron too six. Good luck!

Because my butt grew! I don't have a lot to lose, only about seven more pounds or so to get me back to that size again.
