Ok Wrangler, I'm in. I'm tired of not exercising(who'd have thought I'd say that? lol). My sisters-in-law have been doing Weight Watchers, so I can consider that competition for the holidays. Teresa has me beat though. She lost 37 pounds this year. But I can still look good. Thanksgiving is what, six weeks away? I already know that I will take Christmas off. I refuse to ruin my favorite holiday with guilt. That's what January is for.

Okay. No weighing in until I get a new scale, but I've got to get back on track with the exercise and measurements.

I totally agree Hops, I love Christmas, and I love all the sweets and food that goes along with it. Like you said, we will have January to begin a new! I know a lot of people who have had success with WW, and if you have access to the information for free, that's an even better incentive.

I think I will wait until Friday to weigh and measure, then I can see exactly where I want to be, thanks Six, I forgot about the measurements LOL! My bust measurements seem to be getting less and less, before anything else - I'm thinking about doing something to remedy that LOL!

I have been on a soup kick lately, some of he Healthy Campbell's in the ready to heat bowls are great. They are very low in fat and sugars, the sodium content is not bad either. I had the Italian Wedding Ring and Chicken Tortilla the past few days and they are both yummy, today I feel like Tomato for some reason?? I will stay away from bread and most sweets, that's where I can pack it on if I'm not careful. I did get some whole wheat crackers that are very good, and I limit myself to five with each bowl of soup. I think I'll make some homemade chicken noodle with the No Yolk, low fat noodles, tonight. I like to add a can of the 98% fat free cream of chicken soup to it so it has a little more substance. I'm excited about getting this going again and look forward to hearing of everyone's success!!!! I don't really want to lose much, maybe five or so and stay there. I also want to stay healthy and begin exercising again, I have not done much of it in the past two months - I'm thinking kickboxing!!!!

Good luck everyone!!!!!

Ew, measurements. Those are what really discourage me. But I should do them anyway, I guess.

Don't do them until you are ready, just being aware we are getting started again has motivated me. Just do them this one time in the beginning for a starting point and don't do them again until you actually want to. I agree, every week can be frustrating to not see a change, and when you are exercising and building muscle you may not see a change each week.

I'm in too. I will weigh in on Friday, I haven't stepped on the scale in a while. I will also do the measurements.

I now have a gym partner, we are meeting tomorrow.

A friend of mine is doing Jenny Craig. A little expensive maybe, but they provide you with your meals and snacks.

I've been in a terrible rut.

We haven't heard from Bay yet, but I'm sure she will be up for the challenge again! I just made a large pot of homemade cream of chicken noodle soup with the No Yolk noodles, a few diced carrots, and celery - low cal, fat, and sugar! I just tasted it, pretty yummy. Fall and Winter are the only times I want soup, I have a hard time eating it during the warm months but love it when it's cool out. Good luck everyone!!!!

I like Autumn and Winter because I can use crock pots. Low maintenance cooking is the best kind for someone like me, who hates doing it.

I am in....I started weight watchers again last Monday and I weighed in yesterday at the gym and I am 4 pounds down I was very excited about that. I am doing the gym 4 or 5 times a week for an hour or more and then I do the ab work when I get home. So I will do the weigh in thing on Mondays seeing as that is the day I started.

Good luck girls I am glad to see the support group is back I missed you all and with the holidays around the corner I will need each and everyone of you.
