most definitely join us....I do weight watchers, wrangler Ruthie and hopalong count calories and carbs and six does I am not sure what...I have lost over 20 pounds since I started weight watchers and the ups and downs are heart breaking but these guys keep you going stronge....

Wow, Kim, that's awesome! I'm working on 20 this year. So far, I've lost 16 pounds, so I'm pretty close to my goal. What diet are you on?

That's awesome Bay! Good for you!

I also count calories. I'm on a 1200 calorie a day diet. 300 for Breakfast, lunch & dinner, with 2 100 calorie snacks in between.

I also work out every other day on my Bowflex. The days I don't work out on the Bowflex I do a 10 minute Ab workout and a walk around the neighborhood.

TY I hit the gym every day I can but never weekends those are put aside for my girls....I do weight training and the elliptical machine I will usually go about 4 to 5 miles if I have the time to spare and if I don't I will do sprints on it to get a good heart rate going....I am hoping to be down to 150 by August 23 and so far it is slow going....I have started the stomach crunches again and they are killer but I love the pain.....LOL!!!

I'm buying a new elliptical for the house. The hubs wants to buy a Precor, I told him he was crazy. Nordictrac has their elliptical for about 700. I prefer using elliptical for cardio. I had knee surgery 2 years ago and it is a great low impact workout. Besides I can't stand treadmills.

We can still view and read it, that's it though. I hope to get up early and do my sprints before it gets too hot! Better get in bed now or it won't happen LOL!
