Thats why I said it was stupid for Kate to choose murdering Chloe over just telling Lucas. Both have the same effect.
However, if Kate murders her though she is in the wrong instead of Chloe. Chloe would be dead, Lucas devistated, & Kate possibly in jail.
If Kate just told Lucas she'd be the hero & the worse that would come from it would be a divorce + some hurt feelings.
Seems like a pretty easy decision to make.
