IIRC, last time he didn't want to go. He only went because it was that or jail, but he was getting vicodin in the hospital, and thought he was fine. Now, he's taken the first step of admitting he needs help. It prob. won't work long term, though. Which is just as well, because the show would be weird if House reformed and became a caring person.
